Terms of Sale

The collection

Pieces are made in small numbers at the estate workshop; each carries a numbered provenance card naming the tree its timber came from. Listings state the design number, dimensions, wood, and finish. Natural timber varies: grain, colour, checks and live edges are characteristics of the material, not defects, and your piece will differ in figure from the photographed example.

Orders

Objects and accents are ordered online; a piece is sold when payment is confirmed. Statement pieces (₹1,00,000 and above) are sold by enquiry and invoice.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Delivery within India is included unless the listing states otherwise. Prices may be revised; a completed sale is never repriced.

Certificates

Every piece ships with its numbered provenance card. The card records the species, the estate, the coordinates and the tree the timber came from; it is part of the piece and is not reissued.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Chikmagalur, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without limiting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
