Terms of Sale

The register

Each piece is unique, numbered, and sold exactly once. Listings state the piece number, dimensions, wood, and finish. Natural timber varies: grain, colour, checks and live edges are characteristics of the material, not defects, and the delivered piece is the photographed piece unless the listing states otherwise.

Orders and holds

Selecting Buy places a fifteen-minute hold while payment completes. A piece is sold only when payment is confirmed, and the register then records it permanently. Statement pieces (₹1,00,000 and above) are sold by enquiry and invoice.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Delivery within India is included unless the listing states otherwise. Prices for unsold pieces may be revised; a completed sale is never repriced.

Certificates

Every piece ships with its numbered provenance card. The card records the tree, the estate, the coordinates and the piece number; it is part of the piece and is not reissued.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Chikmagalur, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without limiting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
