Timberline collects the minimum a register needs: your name, delivery address, phone number and email when you buy or enquire, and the city you choose to record beside a sold piece.

What we do with it

• Fulfil your order, arrange delivery, and issue your provenance card and invoice.
• Reply to enquiries and, only if you opt in, tell you when a new tree's register opens.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway; card and UPI details never touch our servers.

What we never do

• No sale or rental of your information to anyone.
• No advertising trackers on this site.
• The public register shows only a city beside a sold piece — never a name.
